Ontbijt

2 sneetjes volkorenbrood 

2 koffielepels halvarine

20 g kaas

20 g gekookte ham

1 stuk fruit

 

 

Lunch

2 sneetjes volkorenbrood besmeerd met

1 el tomatenketchup

2 gebakken eieren in

1 koffielepel vloeibare margarine

tafelzuur

250 ml karnemelk

 

 

Diner

KIP TERIYAKI

 

 

Tussendoor

250 ml magere vla

1 stuk fruit

 

 

KIP TERIYAKI  (4 pers)

400 g kipfilet in blokjes

1 flesje Teriyaki woksaus (240 ml)

400 g mie

1 el olie

1 teentje knoflook geperst

600 g Chinese roerbakgroenten

 

Meng de kipblokjes met de helft van het flesje woksaus.

Kook de mie volgens voorschrift en laat uitlekken.

Verhit de olie in een wok en bak de kip bruin en gaar.

Roerbak de knoflook en de groenten mee.

Doe de rest van de woksaus erbij en kook nog enkele minuten.

Vandaag het recept Japans varkensvlees gemaakt, heerlijk! Ga ik zeker nog eens maken.
